We usually process orders within 1–3 business days.
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation message on your phone so you can track it easily.

Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and the courier service’s schedule.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because skincare and haircare products are personal-use items, we can’t accept returns unless: The product is damaged, or You’ve received the wrong item. If that happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
